Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Bowtie Network LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Bowtie Network," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on bowtieschoolpartners.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1) INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Information you give us: name, email, organization, phone, and any message you submit through our contact or partner forms.
- Account information: if you access our admin area, your email address and authentication identifiers.
- Automatically collected: basic log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL. If you consent to analytics cookies, we may also collect aggregated usage information (see Cookies below).
2) HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- To respond to inquiries and follow up on partnership, school, booster, vendor, and brand requests.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- To send transactional replies. We do not send marketing emails from this site unless you explicitly opt in.
3) CONTACT FORM SUBMISSIONS
Information you submit through any contact or partner-inquiry form is stored in our backend so our team can reply. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
To prevent spam and abuse, we automatically scan submissions for script content and flag messages that contain links. We also record a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address for rate-limiting purposes; the hash cannot be reversed to reveal your IP address.
4) SECURITY VERIFICATION (TURNSTILE)
To protect our contact and partner-inquiry forms from spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit a form, Turnstile may collect a short-lived security token and related technical signals (such as browser and device information) to determine whether the submission is likely from a human. We do not use this for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than spam prevention. You can learn more in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
5) COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to run the site (for example, to keep you signed in to the admin area and remember your cookie choice). By default we also run basic, anonymous analytics that set no cookies and no persistent identifier, so we can see aggregate page traffic without tracking you across visits. Only if you accept analytics cookies do we store an analytics cookie that allows us to recognize returning visits. You can accept or decline analytics from the banner at the bottom of the site, and change your choice any time on our "Your Privacy Choices" page.
6) CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA)
Bowtie Network's website is a business-to-business site directed to schools, boosters, vendors, and national brands. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
7) HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
- Service providers who host our site, database, and email delivery, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bowtie Network LLC, our users, or the public.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws.
8) DATA RETENTION
- Contact and partner-inquiry submissions: retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Admin account records: retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Server and security logs: retained for up to 90 days.
- Analytics data (if collected): retained in aggregated form only.
You can request earlier deletion of information you submitted by contacting us.
9) YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. See "Your Privacy Choices" or contact us to exercise these rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
10) SECURITY
We use administrative and technical safeguards including access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure; report a suspected issue at security@bowtieschoolpartners.com.
11) CHANGES
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when it was last revised.
